Share Capital!!
A company's capital are divided into many parts each part is known as share capital.
Every shareholders is treated or known as owner of company.
For example- If Mr A wants to start a new business but he have not much money i.e if he needs 1cr money but he was also ₹60 lakhs for ₹40 lakhs
He can issue share capital of ₹ 40 lakhs if he issue at price of ₹10 per
Share he have to issue 400000 shares.
